ARBUTIN
It inhibits effectively tyrosinase activity and the melanin production.

GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA ROOT EXTRACT
The action mechanism is, on one hand, the inhibition of the tyrosinase enzyme (by competition with tyrosine or L-dopa), also has anti-inflammatory properties due to the inhibition of the superoxide anion and the cyclooxygenase activity synthesis.

3-0 ETHYL ASCORBIC ACID
The ascorbic acid depigmenting activity is a result of an inhibitory action of the tyrosinase and the capacity to reduce dopaquinone until DOPA.

GLUTATHIONE
The glutathione has a group SH reducer. This functional group can form a complex with coal and also reduces dopaquinone until DOPA. The glutathione induces the formation of pheomelanin based on dopaquinone in detriment of the darker eumelanin formation.

It inhibits tyrosinase activity. Significant depigmenting effect in melanocytes. Produces a powerful whitening skin effect. Photoprotector effect over cell culture of human epidermal keratinocytes.

4 BIOMIMETIC PEPTIDES
Decapeptide-15:
Clearing and skin whitening. Solar protector. Evens skin tone. Prevents the photoaging. Inhibits the melanin synthesis by an inhibition mechanism of tyrosinase expression.

Oligopeptide-50:
Inhibits the melanin synthesis due to the tyrosinase inhibition. It changes the melanocytes morphology. Induces the reduction of the melanin synthesis and the formation of melanosomes in melanocytes. Inhibits the expression of the melanogenesis indicator.

Oligopeptide- 34:
It inhibits melanin synthesis. Reduces tyrosinase activity. Produces a decrease of the melanosome formation in the treated melanocytes.

Oligopeptide- 51:
Inhibits the expression of the melanogenesis indicator and
the melanin synthesis.
