Applied during dormant period to control apple canker. Reagent for the determination of trioses. Household disinfectant; dishwashing formulations. Preservative in cosmetics, cooling fluids, detergents and as agricultural fungicide for citrus fruits. Photosensitizer. May cause depigmentation.
